Do you have human-to-human live chat tools where the agent can transfer conversations to humans when needed?
Not yet, but in the second half of 2025 we will launch Chorus - our human-to-human live chat with AI assistance everywhere to make conversations as efficient as possible.
How do you handle payments?
We integrate natively with Stripe. In WhatsApp we generate secure payment links to a web page, confirm the purchase, and return to WhatsApp follow-up. Other channels are more open and it's easier to generate direct payment within the channel using the same integration.
How does it connect with my databases and systems like CRM, ERP, inventory, etc.?
Two ways: 1) If your system is in our marketplace, it can take 2-5 minutes to set up. 2) If your system or use case is not in the marketplace, it's very simple to configure a tool to connect Orchestra with your platform via API - 1-2 hours, requiring low-medium technical expertise depending on complexity.
How many languages do you support?
40+ minimum on the most economical models. This varies depending on the model/brain selected - it can be many more with premium models.
